J&M Plating has been bulk processing heat treat since 2002. We employ the most stringent of systems and procedures to meet the quality demands of today's Automotive and Industrial OEM's. Accordingly, J&M operates our heat treat department in accordance with the AIAG CQI-9 system requirements while providing superior service performance to our customers.
Heat Treating Processes & Specifications
Two 4,000 lb. per hour and one 2,000 lb. per hour continuous mesh belt furnaces with automated loading and pre-wash.
Case Hardening (1021, 10B21, 1022, 10B22).
Neutral Hardening (10B21, 1022, 1038, 4037).
Size Capabilities:
Diameter: #4 thru 1/2 inch
Length: Up to 6 inches
Heat Treat Lab is ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited in the area of testing-mechanical.
