Precote® products offer optimal solutions for thread locking and sealing, as well as controlled joint assembly and disassembly. These specially developed threadlockers and sealers are designed for application onto the threaded area of fasteners. Our microencapsulation technology enables us to offer many advantages over conventional threadlockers.
The pre-applied threadlocker remains inactive until the coated fastener is assembled onto the mating part. During the assembly the micro capsules are ruptured, initiating the polymerization process, curing the assembly quickly at room temperature, providing reliable locking and immediate sealing properties to the assembly.
