Supporting local charities and organizations

J&M Plating donates to a variety of local charities and organizations, including Rock House Kids, Goodwill, Keep Northern Illinois Beautiful, Epilepsy Foundation, Kiwanis Club, African Education Support Foundation, and the Midwest Council for Children with Disabilities.

Sponsoring youth sports teams and events

J&M Plating sponsors a number of youth sports teams and events in Rockford and the surrounding area. This helps to support the community's youth and to promote physical activity. Among them are the Blue Thunder Boosters, Belvidere Youth Baseball, and Belvidere Bucs Boosters, among others.

Volunteering their time and skills 

J&M Plating employees are encouraged to regularly volunteer their time and skills to help local organizations and causes. Some examples of our people’s contributions are food drives, Operation Christmas Child, and post-disaster aid.
