One of our core services is the heat treatment of metal fastener parts. The process consists of exposing the parts to a combination of controlled atmosphere heat, quench oil, and tempering to make them strong enough to endure the extreme conditions of various in-use applications. Our heat treat operation works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet and exceed our customer’s delivery requirements. Our furnace operators and material handlers are an integrated team that works diligently to move the parts through the process. Following heat treatment, parts are inspected by our qualified technicians in our industry accredited Heat Treat Quality Lab. This process guarantees that the parts coming from our operation comply with our customer’s specifications.

We strive to provide personalized customer service, high-quality processing, and a long-term commitment to the success of our customers and our employees. Our heat treat operation is proof that we can deliver on our promises, and our teams are ready to serve the fastener industry in the best way possible.
